6.1.1 Has the project been transferred from development to serial production?
개발에서 양산으로 프로젝트가 이관되었는가?
▶양산이관 리포트( 개발완료 보고서)가 이용가능하여야 함.
▶Supplier Launch Support(초기유동관리)
-Early prodution containment-> 전수검사항목선정.
-Run@Rate 실시여부 -> PPAP승인 이후에 실시.
6.1.2 Are the necessary quantities / production batch sizes of incoming materials available at the right time and at the right place (stores; work-station)?
적시 및 적소(보관; 작업장)에 입고 자재가 필요 수량/생산 batch size로 가능한가?
▶입고품 및 생산자재들이 제때에/정량/적재장소에 이용가능하여야 함.(FIFO)
▶잔량품이 관리되어야 함.
6.1.3 Are incoming materials stored appropriately and are transport facilities / packing arrangements suitable for the special characteristics of the incoming materials?
입고 자재가 적합하게 보관되고 운반구/ 포장 정리 상태가 입고품의 특별특성에 적합한가?
▶ 정돈 및 청결도, damage방지용 보호구, 과적재가 없어야 함.
▶ 보관시간(Mini/Max) 관리가 되고 있어야 함.( 안전재고 포함 )
▶취급주의 및 보조자재가 적당하게 저장되어야 함.
6.1.4 Are the necessary identifications / records / approvals available and allocated appropriately to the incoming materials?
입고자재에 대해 필요한 식별/기록/승인이 이용가능하고 입고 자재에 적합하게 할당되었는가?
▶입고자재가 라벨링 되어야 함.
( 특채 및 위험물질 등이 라벨링 되어야 함. )
▶LOT추적성이 보증되어야 함.
6.1.5 Are changes to the product or process in the course of serial production tracked and documented?
양산 진행 중에 제품 또는 공정의 변경은 추적되고 문서화되었는가?
▶ 공정변경이 명확하게 설명되어 있는지,
( By bosch/internal/suppliers & Extended workbench )
▶ 실제적인 서류가 이용 가능하여야 하고 유효해야 함. e.g. 작업현장
( 변경사항에 대한 List , 표준류_Control Plan/작업표준서 반영여부 확인
