6.6.1 Are the customer's requirements met in terms of product and process?
고객요구사항이 제품과 공정에서 부합하는가?
▶최종출하검사, 신뢰성시험( 내구시험 )이 제대로 실행될 것. -> 결과가 양호할 것
▶Block on shipping 고객에게 통보한 이력이 있는지.
6.6.2 Are quantities / production batch sizes aligned with requirements and are they forwarded to the next process stage in a targeted manner?
수량/ 생산 batch 크기가 요구사항에 부합하고 목표한 대로 다음 공정 단계로 보내지는가?
▶평가된 수량 및 정보가 기록되는지 여부확인
-> 공정이동전표
▶모든 부품들이 식별되고 있고 있는지 확인
-> OK수량, NG수량, rework수량, scrap수량
▶보관장소가 지정되어 있고 식별이 용이한지 확인
**Reworked part는 quantity/volume, entification, life history and usage 항목에 대해
실행되고 기록관리되어야 함.
6.6.3 Are products / components stored in an appropriate manner and are transport facilities / packing arrangements suitable for the special characteristics of the products / components?
제품 / 부품은 적합한 방법으로 보관되고 운송 설비 / 포장 정리는 제품 / 부품의 특별특성에 적합한가?
▶제품저장 장소 및 용기가 적당한지 확인
( 청정도, 과적이나 damage방지, 환경 및 온도영향, 필요하다면 보관기간 )
▶납입용기 승인여부 확인, 보관기관 모니터링 여부확인
6.6.4 Are the necessary records / releases carried out and stored appropriately?
필요한 정보 / 릴리즈는 적절하게 실시되고 보관되는가?
▶특채(concession) 진행 이력이 있는지, 특채처리 지침을 보유하고 준수하고 있는지 확인
▶라벨링 되고 별도로 식별되고 있는지 여부 확인
▶LOT추적성이 확보되고 있는지 확인
▶기록보관 규정이나 기간이 제대로 이행되고 있는지 확인
